Post-construction cleaning: what to expect

After a renovation, the space looks finished but is not livable yet. Construction leaves a layer of ultra-fine dust that settles into every surface, vent and corner. Post-construction cleaning is a different job from a regular clean.

Why it is different

• The dust is everywhere - on top of cabinets, inside drawers, in light fixtures and air vents.
• It comes back - one pass is not enough; surfaces need repeated wiping as dust keeps settling.
• There is debris - adhesive residue, paint specks, stickers and packaging.

• Cleaning windows, tracks and frames of paint and residue
• Detailing kitchens and bathrooms, inside and out
• Final floors: vacuum, then mop, more than once
